New Duck Donuts Will Open In Suffolk County

It's National Donut Day Friday, June 7 and Duck Donuts in Hauppauge is packed store manager Mary Ciolino told Daily Voice.

She also shared this news. The owners Veronica and Anthony Bencivenga are opening a location in Selden this fall in College Plaza on Middle Country Road.

Duck Donuts, a chain with 79 locations in the United States, first opened in North Carolina in 2007.

The doughnuts include maple icing with chopped bacon, lemon icing with shredded coconut, vanilla icing with Oreo crumbles, strawberry icing with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge drizzle.

So Friday, if you go in up until 9 p.m. in Hauppauge you at 586 Veterans Memorial Highway for your free cinnamon sugar, powdered or bare donut. No purchase is necessary, said Ciolino.
